Information we collect

Information you provide

  • Inquiries. When you use our contact form or email us, we collect your name, email address, message, and any optional details you choose to include (company, region, service of interest).
  • Account details. Access to our applications is provisioned for customers and staff. We hold your name, work email address, organization, and assigned role so we can operate your account.

Well surveys, plans, and related engineering data supplied by customer organizations are processed on their behalf under our service agreements. That data remains the property of the customer, is treated as confidential business information, and is used only to provide and support the contracted services. It is not used for advertising or sold to anyone.
